Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund after verification.
Order Cancellation

- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled

Shipping Costs for Returns
